Thursday
We meet at Malta International Airport at 16:00 for flight KM538 departing at 18:00 and arriving in Prague at 20:30. We then proceed to the 4-star Hotel Archibald in the city centre, near Wenceslas Square. Room allocation.

Friday
The city of Prague has so much to offer the tourist, therefore today we will have a city tour to see part of this city such as Prague Castle, a large complex of buildings where among others we find St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George’s Basilica and the Royal Palace. We continue by visiting the Church where the Infant Jesus of Prague is located, Kampa Island, Charles Bridge etc. Afterwards we will have a free afternoon to enjoy this city. Those who wish may join the tour leader for a cruise (extra) along the Vltava River from where we see the city from a different perspective. In the evening those who wish can join a Folklore Night, a traditional show with food and folkloric music.


Saturday
Without doubt, Dresden – the so-called Florence of the North – is among the most marvellous German cities. An opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the castle near Theaterplatz, the Opera House, Sempergalerie, Taschenbergpalais and Hofkirche. We will see more places of interest such as the so-called Fürstenzug. There will be some free time for shopping. Return to the hotel.

Sunday
A most interesting excursion to Karlovy Vary in Western Bohemia, where during our journey we will have the opportunity to appreciate the countryside of this area until we arrive. The town of Karlovy Vary lies in a truly beautiful valley. Together with the guide we visit the Church of Maria Magdalena, see the famous Spa Colonnades and fountains. It is well known for its crystal work and we find one of the best brands in the world. You cannot be in Karlovy Vary without tasting the famous wafers which are so delicious, as well as the traditional Becherovka liquor and of course the natural mineral spring water. Return to the hotel. Buffet breakfast and excursion to Český Krumlov which is considered the most beautiful town of Bohemia. This protected town and UNESCO World Heritage site enjoys stunning scenery. On our way to Český Krumlov, which lies on the Vltava River, we encounter a number of charming villages and spectacular countryside. We visit the historic centre as well as the castle (entrance extra). In the evening we go for a drink.

Tuesday
After buffet breakfast, an excursion that takes us to the medieval town of Kutná Hora. We explore this 13th-century area which is known for its silver mines. Here we will have the opportunity to see the majestic Gothic-style cathedral dedicated to St. Barbara, beautiful monuments and historic houses. There will be time for lunch (extra). We continue to Sedlec where we visit the Bone Chapel. We then proceed to the airport for flight KM539 departing at 21:20 and arriving in Malta at 23:50.
