Day 01
We meet at Malta International Airport at 08:00 for flight TK1370 departing at 10:25, arriving in Istanbul at 14:00. Transfer by coach to Gonen Taksim Hotel 4★, located in the most popular district Beyoglu, near Taksim Square. Room allocation. Afterwards, an outing with the leader.
Day 02
After buffet breakfast, we offer you a very interesting excursion, starting with Dolmabahçe Palace. Without a doubt, you cannot visit Istanbul without seeing the beauty of this magnificent palace. We then visit the Underground Cistern. After this, we have a Bosphorus Cruise (included) where we see the two continents — Europe and Asia — as well as the Marmara Sea, which meets the Black Sea.
Day 03
Buffet breakfast and we offer you the Istanbul Historical City Tour, a very interesting excursion where, together with the local guide, we visit the old part of Istanbul. We see Hagia Sophia, built in the 16th century by architect Mehmet and known as the Blue Mosque because of its beautiful blue tile decorations. We then see the Hippodrome and three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Lunch (included). After lunch we stop near Topkapi Palace (photo stop), the grand palace of the Ottoman Sultans from the 15th to the 19th century. Here we will see a collection of crystal, silver, Chinese porcelain, the Jewels of the Imperial Treasury, the Holy Mantle and the Sacred Relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Our final visit will be the Spice Market. Return to the hotel.
Day 04
Breakfast and free day for shopping, but those who wish may join us for an optional excursion to the romantic city of Bursa. Together with the local guide, we visit the most interesting sites followed by lunch (extra). We then take the cable car (extra) up the mountain to Uludag Ski Centre, with free time to enjoy the breathtaking views. Return to Istanbul.
Day 05
After breakfast, transfer by coach to the airport to travel to Cappadocia. We take flight TK2004, departing at 11:25 and arriving at Nevsehir Airport at 12:45. Panoramic tour and then transfer to the centre of Nevsehir and check-in at Altinoz Hotel 4★. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 06
Optional: Early in the morning, an extraordinary excursion — Hot Air Balloon Flight, an unforgettable experience that allows us to admire the majestic valleys and rock formations from above. A perfect moment for memorable photos as the balloon gently rises during sunrise. After breakfast, another wonderful day visiting the Goreme Open Air Museum, the most famous site, with many rock-cut churches to explore, and the Panoramic Cave Churches. We will have lunch in a Turkish restaurant, then continue to Uchisar Castle — not a traditional castle, but a massive rock carved with tunnels and churches. Return to the hotel. Dinner and free time.

Day 07
After breakfast, another fascinating excursion takes us to the Derinkuyu Underground City Museum, one of the most extraordinary places in Cappadocia. Derinkuyu is an underground city, ideal for those who love adventure and ancient history. Lunch in a Turkish restaurant, then we continue to the breathtaking Pigeon Valley, known for its impressive scenery. Dinner at the hotel and free time.
Day 08
Breakfast. Some free time, then departure to Nevsehir Airport to fly back to Malta with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul. We arrive in Malta with flight TK1371 at 18:25.
