Monday 28 December: We meet at Malta International Airport at 10:30 for flight KM624, departing at 12:25 for Milan, arriving at Linate Airport at 14:25. We begin our journey towards the beautiful Aosta Valley, travelling through breathtaking mountain and valley scenery in northern Italy. Accommodation at the centrally located Hotel Omama Social 4 Stars in Aosta. Room allocation upon arrival.

Tuesday 29 December: Buffet Breakfast. Discover with us the picturesque city of Aosta, often referred to as the Rome of the Alps, a town rich in monuments, churches and historic landmarks, including the famous Piazza Chanoux. Together we explore the city's most important historical attractions. We then continue our excursion to the impressive Fortress of Bard, a magnificent fortress dating back to the 11th century. Today it serves as one of the Western Alps’ most important cultural centres and is also home to the Museum of the Alps (entrance fee extra). Later, we visit a traditional Grappa Distillery, where we enjoy a grappa tasting experience. Return to the hotel.

Wednesday 30 December Buffet Breakfast followed by an excursion to Turin, the elegant capital of the Piedmont Region. During our city tour we see: Royal Palace, Palazzo Madama, Turin Cathedral, Mole Antonelliana, the city's most iconic landmark, Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Piazza Castello, Palazzo Carignano, The Cathedral housing the famous Shroud of Turin. Free time before continuing to the magnificent Basilica di Superga, masterpiece of the famous architect Filippo Juvarra.

Thursday 31 December: A fascinating excursion takes us to the famous alpine resort of Cervinia, surrounded by spectacular glacier scenery and breathtaking mountain landscapes. Together with the tour leader, we explore this beautiful resort and enjoy its stunning surroundings. We return to the hotel in the early afternoon and have free time to prepare for a memorable evening. For those interested, we organise an optional New Year's Eve Celebration – A La Grande, featuring food, music, dancing and entertainment as we welcome the New Year.

Friday 01 January 2027
Happy New Year! Today we visit Chamonix, one of the most famous ski resorts in the French Alps. We enjoy a walk through its charming streets lined with boutiques, cafés and beautiful alpine architecture. Those who wish may take the cable car (extra) to the summit of Aiguille du Midi, reaching an altitude of 3,842 metres, where breathtaking panoramic views await. Enjoy a typical alpine meal and a glass of fine wine before continuing to the elegant Italian resort of Courmayeur. We stroll along Via Roma and stop at the historic Caffè della Posta.

Saturday 02 January Breakfast. Today we offer an excursion to Gran Paradiso National Park, once the royal hunting reserve of the House of Savoy. Amidst spectacular mountain scenery, we visit the picturesque alpine village of Cogne. We enjoy a relaxing walk through the village and discover the beauty of this unique destination. On our return journey, we make a short photo stop at the beautiful Fénis Castle, one of the most famous medieval castles in the Aosta Valley. Return to the hotel.

Sunday 03 January: After breakfast, transfer by coach to Milan Airport for flight KM625, departing at 15:15 and arriving back in Malta at 17:10.
