Day 1 – Windsor – Cheltenham
We meet at Malta Airport at 05.30 to check in for flight KM103, departing at 07.45 and arriving at Heathrow at approximately 10.30. After collecting our luggage, we travel by coach to Windsor, an elegant town renowned for its connection with the British Royal Family. We have free time for lunch and to explore its picturesque streets. Those interested may also visit Windsor Castle (entrance fee extra). We continue to the 3-star Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham Town Centre for check-in.
Day 2 – Bibury – Bourton-on-the-Water – Stow-on-the-Wold
After breakfast, we enjoy a day exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. We begin in Bibury, known for the picturesque cottages of Arlington Row. We continue to Bourton-on-the-Water, where small stone bridges cross the River Windrush, giving this village its charming character. Our final visit is to Stow-on-the-Wold, with its historic square, traditional shops and cafés. We return to our hotel.

Day 3 – Stratford-upon-Avon – Shakespeare Distillery – Warwick Castle
After breakfast, we travel to Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. We stroll through its historic streets and have the opportunity to visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace (entrance fee extra). The programme also includes a visit to Shakespeare Distillery, with a tour and tasting lasting approximately 90 minutes (extra charge). Later, we continue to Warwick Castle, one of England’s most impressive medieval castles (entrance fee extra).
Day 4 – Sudeley Castle & Gardens – Broadway – Broadway Tower – Chipping Campden – Burford
After breakfast, we travel to Sudeley Castle & Gardens, where we have the opportunity to visit the historic castle and its beautiful gardens (entrance fee extra). We continue to Broadway, known for its elegant main street and traditional buildings. We also visit Broadway Tower, where those interested may enter the museum and surrounding grounds (entrance fee extra). Later, we continue to Chipping Campden, renowned for its honey-coloured stone buildings and historic Market Hall. We end the day with a stop in Burford, enjoying a stroll along its main street and some free time.

Day 5 – Oxford – Blenheim Palace
After breakfast, we travel to Oxford, the historic university city. We take a two-hour walking tour with a local guide, discovering its famous colleges and impressive architecture. We also have the opportunity to visit the hall and cathedral at Christ Church College (entrance fee extra). Later, we continue to Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, where we can visit the state rooms, park and gardens (entrance fee extra).

Day 6 – Cirencester
After breakfast and check-out, we travel to Cirencester, traditionally known as the capital of the Cotswolds. We have the opportunity to visit the Parish Church of St John the Baptist (entrance fee extra), as well as free time to explore the historic centre and have lunch. Later, we continue to London Heathrow Airport, arriving at approximately 17.00 for flight KM103, departing at 20.30 and arriving back in Malta at 00.50.
