Cairo & 4 Night Nile Cruise
Discover the treasures of Egypt, from Cairo’s majestic pyramids to ancient temples, on an unforgettable cruise along the River Nile.

Day 1 – Malta – Istanbul – Cairo
We meet at Malta International Airport at 06:30 for Turkish Airlines flight TK1370, departing at 09:25 and arriving in Istanbul at 13:55. We continue to Cairo on flight TK694, departing at 18:20 and arriving at 19:50, local time. Transfer to the 5-star Ramses Hilton Hotel or similar. Room allocation and free time.
Day 2 – Giza Pyramids – Sphinx – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
After breakfast, we begin by visiting the world-famous Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, iconic symbols of ancient Egypt. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. Afterwards, we continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), where we discover more about ancient Egyptian civilisation. Return to the hotel.
Day 3 – Memphis – Sakkara – Dahshur
After breakfast, we begin our journey to Memphis, Sakkara and the Pyramids of Dahshur. We visit three renowned archaeological sites: Memphis, the Step Pyramid of Sakkara and the majestic pyramids of Dahshur. Here, we enter the world of the pharaohs and discover the history and secrets of these extraordinary places. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. Return to the hotel.
Day 4 – Cairo – Luxor – Karnak – Luxor Temple – Nile Cruise
Transfer to Cairo Airport for our flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, we visit the East Bank of the Nile, where we see the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Afterwards, we continue to the port to board the 5-star M/S Royal Cruise or similar for a four-night journey along the River Nile. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day 5 – Hot Air Balloon – Valley of the Kings – Hatshepsut – Colossi of Memnon – Esna
Early in the morning, those interested may enjoy a unique hot air balloon experience (not included). After breakfast, we visit the West Bank of the Nile, where we see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch and dinner on board. We continue our journey towards Esna.
Day 6 – Edfu – Kom Ombo – Crocodile Museum – Aswan
While enjoying breakfast, we sail towards Edfu. Upon arrival, we visit Edfu Temple before continuing to sail towards Kom Ombo. Lunch and afternoon tea on board. In Kom Ombo, we visit the temple and the Crocodile Museum. We continue towards Aswan. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and an Egyptian party on board.
Day 7 – Abu Simbel – Felucca on the River Nile
After breakfast, we have the opportunity to visit the Great Temple of Abu Simbel, one of Egypt’s most spectacular monuments. Lunch on board. Afterwards, we enjoy a trip along the River Nile on a felucca, a traditional wooden sailing boat. Dinner on board, followed by a Nubian show featuring local music, dancing and traditions.
Day 8 – Philae – Unfinished Obelisk – High Dam – Aswan – Cairo
Breakfast on board, followed by disembarkation with wonderful memories of our journey. We visit Philae Temple, the Unfinished Obelisk and the High Dam. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. Afterwards, transfer to Aswan Airport for our flight to Cairo. Transfer to the hotel and room allocation.
Day 9 – Cairo – Saladin Citadel – Alabaster Mosque – Khan El Khalili
After breakfast, we continue exploring Cairo by visiting the Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. Afterwards, we continue with a visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where we have free time for shopping.
Day 10 – Cairo – Istanbul – Malta
Transfer to Cairo Airport for Turkish Airlines flight TK691, departing at 09:05 and arriving in Istanbul at 12:35. We continue to Malta on flight TK1371, departing at 17:00 and arriving at 18:35.
